Terms & Conditions.

Last updated: 10 October 2026

Please read these terms before buying a Vault or engaging our services. The summary below is to help you; the numbered sections are what count.

In plain English:

• Vaults are sold through Lemon Squeezy and delivered instantly by email. Because access is immediate, there are no change-of-mind refunds — but if something's faulty or not as described, we'll fix it or refund you.

• Your Vault licence is for you and your business (and your own clients, if you're an agency). Don't share the link or resell the content.

• Our retainers are for businesses only, billed monthly in advance, with 30 days' notice to end unless your proposal says otherwise.

• We never guarantee results, and our liability is capped as set out in section 15.

This website, lunazureagency.com, and the Lunazure products and services are operated by:

In these terms, “Lunazure”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operator above. “You” means the person or business using the site, buying a product or engaging our services. Our full Legal Notice sets out the company information required by Dutch law (Article 3:15d of the Dutch Civil Code).

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to: (a) your use of this website; (b) the digital products we sell, currently The Hook Vault and The Reply Vault (the “Vaults”); and (c) our done-for-you services, currently the Content Engine, Outbound Engine, Full-Funnel Partnership and Full Pipeline Partnership (the “Services”).

For the Services, the written proposal or service agreement you accept also applies. If it conflicts with these terms, the proposal or service agreement wins for that point. For Vault purchases, the buyer terms of our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, also apply to payment and checkout.

By using the site, buying a Vault or booking or accepting a Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or buy from us.

3. Using this website

You may browse and use the site for lawful purposes. You must not try to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with how it works, copy it wholesale, or use automated tools to scrape it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time and don't promise it will always be available or error-free.

Information on the site is general information about our products and services. It is not legal, tax, financial or professional advice.

4. Buying a Vault

Who sells to you. Vaults are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy takes your payment, calculates and charges VAT or sales tax for your country, and issues your receipt or invoice. Your use of the Vault itself is licensed to you by us under section 5.

Price. The price is the one shown at checkout, including any VAT added there. We may change prices for future buyers at any time; it never affects a purchase already made.

Delivery. After payment, you receive an email with a private link to your Vault. Please give a correct email address and check your spam folder. If the email hasn't arrived within 24 hours, contact us and we'll resend it.

Requirements. The Vaults open in a current web browser and need JavaScript switched on. Some features save your preferences in your browser's local storage on your device; clearing your browser data removes them, and we can't recover them.

5. Your licence to use a Vault

When you buy a Vault, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use it for your own business or, if you're an agency or freelancer, to create work for your own clients.

You may: use the hooks, scripts, templates and frameworks to create your own ads, scripts, emails and campaigns, and use those finished pieces however you like, including commercially.

You may not:

If you break these restrictions we may end your access without refund and take any other action the law allows. All rights not expressly granted remain ours.

6. “Lifetime access” and updates

“Lifetime access” means access for as long as we offer that Vault as a product. We aim to update each Vault quarterly, at no extra cost, at the same link. We may add, change, re-order or remove material as part of those updates, so the Vault keeps reflecting what we believe works.

If we ever stop offering a Vault, we'll email the address you bought with at least 30 days before access ends and provide you with a downloadable copy of the latest version to keep.

We may briefly suspend access for maintenance, security or reasons outside our control. We'll keep interruptions as short as we reasonably can.

7. Refunds and your right of withdrawal

EU and UK consumers. When you buy online as a consumer you normally have 14 days to change your mind. For digital content supplied straight away, that right ends once supply begins, provided you gave your express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you lose the right (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, implemented in Book 7 of the Dutch Civil Code). You give that consent and acknowledgement at checkout. Because the Vault link is delivered immediately, purchases are therefore not refundable simply because you changed your mind.

Faulty or not as described. This does not affect your legal rights. If your Vault doesn't work, can't be accessed, or isn't materially as described, email us within a reasonable time. We'll fix it, give you working access, or refund you, as the law requires.

How refunds are paid. Any refund is processed through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can resolve the issue first.

Services. Service fees are not refundable once a service month has started, except where the law requires otherwise or your service agreement says so.

Our Refund & Withdrawal Policy explains these rules in more detail, including how to make a request and the withdrawal form.

8. Fit calls

Fit calls are free and carry no obligation on either side. We decide at our sole discretion whether to offer a Service and may decline or delay any engagement without giving a reason. Anything we tell you on a call, including any written assessment, is general guidance, not a promise of results.

9. Our done-for-you Services

Business clients only. The Services are offered only to businesses and professionals acting for their trade, business or profession, not to consumers.

How an engagement starts

After a fit call we may send you a written proposal setting out the scope, deliverables, fee, start date and any minimum term or notice period. The engagement begins when you accept it in writing and pay the first invoice.

Your responsibilities

Approval

We won't publish an ad or send a campaign in your name without your approval. Once you approve content, you are responsible for its use, including its compliance with advertising rules and platform policies.

How we deliver

We may use our own team, trusted contractors and third-party tools to deliver the Services. We remain responsible for their work towards you, and they are bound by confidentiality.

10. Outbound campaigns and personal data

For the Outbound Engine and Full Pipeline Partnership, we contact prospects on your behalf. For that processing you are the data controller and we act as your data processor. We'll sign a data processing agreement with you under Article 28 GDPR as part of the proposal.

11. AI tools and AI-generated content

We may use AI tools — for example AI video avatars and writing assistants — to produce content. Where content features an AI-generated person, we use avatars that are licensed for commercial advertising, and we don't imitate real, identifiable people without their written permission. You are responsible for any disclosure the platforms you advertise on require for AI-generated or synthetic content.

12. Intellectual property

The website, the Vaults, and our frameworks, templates, processes, methods and know-how are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.

Once you've paid in full, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide licence to use, change and exploit the final deliverables we create specifically for you (such as your ad scripts, videos and campaign emails) for your business. We keep ownership of our underlying templates and know-how and may reuse them for other clients. Third-party material, such as licensed avatars, stock assets or music, stays subject to its own licence terms.

We'll only name you as a client or publish a case study with your permission. We may use anonymised, aggregated performance data to improve our work.

13. Confidentiality

Each of us will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the engagement, during it and for two years after. This doesn't cover information that is already public, independently developed, or that must be disclosed by law.

14. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including sales, revenue, leads, replies, booked calls, return on ad spend, customer acquisition cost, reach or rankings. Results depend on many things outside our control: your product, offer, price, market, budget, competition, platform algorithms and how you or your team use our material.

Figures, benchmarks, examples and case studies on our site and in our products are illustrations and industry data from the sources we cite. They are not typical results and are not promises. Statistics are reported as published by their sources and may be out of date.

15. Our liability to you

What we don't limit. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or wilful misconduct, for gross negligence where the law doesn't allow it, or any other liability that can't be limited by law. Nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Business clients and business buyers. Subject to the paragraph above:

Consumers. If you buy a Vault as a consumer, we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence, but not for loss that wasn't foreseeable, and we don't supply the Vaults for resale.

16. Your responsibility to us (business clients)

If you are a business, you will compensate us for losses, fines, claims and reasonable legal costs we suffer because of: material or instructions you provide; claims about your products, offers or advertising; your choice of targets or lack of a lawful basis for contacting them; or your breach of these terms or the law.

17. Third-party services

We rely on third parties, including Lemon Squeezy (checkout), Calendly (bookings), Netlify (hosting), advertising platforms and sending tools. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. We aren't responsible for their availability, policies or decisions, though we'll help where we reasonably can.

18. Events outside our control

Neither of us is responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as outages of hosting, payment or advertising platforms, internet failures, illness, natural events or government action. If such an event lasts more than 30 days, either of us may end the affected Services by written notice.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. The version in force when you bought a Vault or accepted a proposal applies to that purchase or engagement. For ongoing Services, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice of material changes, and you may end the Services before they take effect.

20. General

21. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue quickly and informally.

Business clients: any dispute will be decided exclusively by the District Court of Rotterdam (Rechtbank Rotterdam), the Netherlands.

Consumers: you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country or of the Netherlands.
